Social Awareness and Return on Empathy (ROE)

You can inspire and influence others through your authentic leadership style, but it requires one key ingredient. Empathy. When you start viewing others first and foremost as human and therefore, capable of raw emotion, you will learn to ask questions and sit back and actively listen. Empathy fuels connection and helps build trust in relationships. This session will teach you about areas of emotional intelligence (Self Awareness, Self-Regulation, Social Awareness and Social Regulation) but will then take a deeper dive into Social Awareness or Empathy and why it’s critical in a thought leader.
