Inclusive Movement with IMPACT Colorado: A holistic practice of body-connection

Somatic experiences can help survivors find agency and empowerment by re-integrating connection to the body. In this interactive session, explore gentle movement for healing, resilience, and stress management. There will be options for those that are seated and those that can stand and get down on the ground. Plan on having some space to move, if possible. This is not “exercise”, but will focus on gentle movement, stretching, breath, and exploration of the senses.
