In the Mirror: Reflections

The workshop will examine mainstream/non-culturally specific anti-violence workspaces, traditions, and the potential for transformation. The discussion will center on power dynamics, systemic oppression, and the cycles of violence replicated within the organization. Through open dialogue with participants, the facilitators will explore perspectives on some of the root causes of systemic violence, moving beyond the person who caused harm.
