ACP – Confidentiality of Survivor Public Records
The Address Confidentiality Program provides a legal substitute address for program participants, which supports survivors of violence in keeping their location confidential in public records. Enrollment into the ACP is available to survivors living in Colorado, regardless of citizenship status or permanent residency. The ACP relies on advocates throughout the state to assist survivors with program enrollment. We encourage advocates statewide to add the ACP to their toolbox of support for survivors.
