(Accessibility) Working with Deaf Survivors

To understand the needs of Deaf/HoH/DeafBlind victims/survivors and provide services in ways that appropriately meet those needs. The key to communicating with Deaf people is to ask what kind of communication they prefer. The survivor will know what method works best for her/him.
