Registration is for the live, in-person event. Lodging, if needed, is not included. CAIA does not have the grant funding in 2023 to offer member room reimbursements. Lodging information is available here.

Reimbursement Available for DVP-Funded Organizations
DVP will use a portion of FVPSA COVID Mitigation and Anti-Sexual Assault funds to reimburse DVP-funded organizations for costs related to CAIA 2023 attendance. For full details and information about submitting for reimbursement, please click here for a PDF outline.
Eligibility Organizations:
Currently-funded organizations that have a contract with DVP are eligible for reimbursement for up to $5,000 on conference-related costs. The contracts an eligible organization has with DVP may include one or more of the following: Domestic Violence Services, Sexual Violence Services, or the Flex Funds Project. People: Employees, volunteers, board members, and/or survivors served by an eligible organization can be included in the reimbursement request for this support from DVP.
Additionally, an allied professional associated with an eligible organization may also be included in the request if the organization determines they will reimburse the individual’s costs to benefit the organization.
Allowable Costs:
Each eligible organization may submit one CAIA Support Reimbursement Form for reimbursement of up to $5,000 of allowable costs including:
- Registration fees
- Travel costs (mileage, airfare, ride share, public transportation)
- Lodging costs – DVP is aware of our contracted hotel rates being above the federal rate and have confirmed they will reimburse for the full cost of the conference hotel.

Will there be a virtual option for 2023?
At this time, CAIA will be offered in person only.
Are there single day registrations for CAIA 2023?
We are not offering a single-day registration this year.
Does the conference offer CEUs?
CAIA is not pre-approved for CEUs.
What is your cancelation policy?
If you need to cancel or change your conference registration, you are responsible for making these changes and any fees incurred. Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Violence Free Colorado are not responsible for any fees associated with cancelations. Cancellations must be received by May 22, 2023, to receive a refund. A $15 processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.
