Sarah Budisavljevic
Sarah Budisavljevic, MSW, LCSW (she/her) is currently employed at SafeHouse Denver as a Domestic Violence Advocate and the Youth Outreach Coordinator. Sarah has a deep passion for youth development, health equity, and exploring the intersections of violence in the different arenas that we all inhabit. Sarah uses an intersectional and anti-oppressive framework to guide her work across all sectors. Sarah is available to present or consult on a variety of topics, including intimate partner violence, anything related to trauma-informed care (including how to build trauma-informed organizations), and humane education. She lives on the traditional and unceded territories of the Ute, Cheyenne, and Arapaho peoples, known today as Denver, with her partner, two cats, and myriad plants.
